I help clients lengthen and strengthen in Mat Pilates, so they can move about their daily life with ease and without pain.  Pilates is low-impact exercise that strengthens the CORE, improves balance, stabilizes joints, and coordinates muscle groups to produce efficient movement patterns.  These movements are utilized for sports performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
