Yoga

Yoga is for you. In yoga practice we unite postures (asanas) with breath control (pranayama) to be mindful in our present movement. The mind-body connection practiced on your yoga mat brings a calm awareness carried throughout your daily life.  

My class combines Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga practices. Like an inquisitive child, I ask “why” before the placement of each limb to best support and build your postures safely. Class concludes in a restful Savasana. By supporting our bodies with rest, we can engage more fully in our daily lives both mentally and physically.
