"I have attended several gyms and worked with many trainers. Heidi is, by far, the best personal trainer. Heidi understands how the muscles, tendons, bones, etc., work together. She is passionate about ensuring her clients obtain maximum results without injury. She constantly questioned me to make sure I did not over extend, or aggravate any pre-existing condition. She tweaked routines based on her observation of my skill level. Unlike with other trainers, I never left a session in pain due to overuse of muscles, or using the wrong equipment or weights. Heidi is intelligent, personable and fun. She knows how to intensify the workout, despite my attempts to take it easy. She is one of those rare people who truly enjoys her work and excels at sharing her expertise with others."

"I love working with Heidi! She's the epitome of professionalism, knowledge, and passion. Having her as my fitness coach has been an incredible journey towards my self-improvement. One thing that sets her apart is her understanding of human imperfections. "After being let down by countless postpartum PTs even those that specialize in pelvic floor telling me sorry your DR cannot be fixed. I was really excited to find Heidi. As a stay at home mom I needed to find someone with online lessons. We share a background in contortion so she really understands what I needed to start training again. Within a few shorts weeks I have noticed I look less bloated with that weird shaped mom pooch and I have already seen improvements with strength. What I like most about her training is her attention to detail. I have the tendency to cheat, unknowingly, but she lets nothing get by. So many trainers give you the exercise and don't fix your form. I thought I had basic exercises down but I was having no improvement. With Heidi the basics are so much harder now because I'm actually doing them properly. I am SO grateful for her knowledge of the body and her patience to constantly correct me!"
